Clam shells

Our Waxing Moon clam shells are 100% recyclable and made from eco-friendly Ocean Plastic, which transforms plastic from our coastline into purposeful products that inspire action. Ocean grade plastic is a new product for 2022, this contains 30% recycled plastic bottles that are collected from riverbanks, beaches and coastlines which are cleaned and reprocessed back into polymer to make the film used to produce the packaging. Most of the collection is done in the far east where recycling and waste management is a problem owing to the poor economies. The manufacturers pay to collect the waste and provide extra jobs and therefore money to support the local communities.

Retail cartons

All board used for retail cartons is printed in the UK and is FSC certified and fully recyclable. We use ‘no plastic’, recyclable cello-wrap that is certified home compostable within 8-12 weeks. The cellulose is derived from FSC certified renewable wood pulp.

Shipping cartons

All orders are dispatched using recyclable boxes filled with natural paper shred (made from recycled material and is 100% recyclable).
